This table, taken from website, for patients suffering from celiac disease, divides food into:

  1. Safe Gluten-Free Foods - which could be freely eaten;
  2. At Risk -  partly permitted, could contain more than 20 ppm gluten or be contaminated; ingredients and food processing methods have to be checked before eating
  3. Unsafe foods - forbidden because gluten-containing
